HQSM Engineering Pte. Ltd. (HQSM) is a joint venture company incorporated in Singapore in March 2007 between HQC (Majority shareholder) and SMOP certified with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and BIZSAFE STAR Level certifications. It is a well-known regional “ONE-STOP Engineering Solution” Provider that supplies integrated services such as Consulting, Feasibility Study, FEED, Detailed Design, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning & Start-up, Project Management Consultancy and Operations & Maintenance, etc. HQC Engineering Malaysia, Sdn. Bhd. (HQCM), incorporated in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in March 2013, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HQC. HQCM has undertaken more than 10 EPCC projects and contracted project value exceeding USD 1.4 billions. HQSM has also achieved over 50 million continuous safety manhours and is honored with the gold awards by the Malaysia MSOSH for project safety management evaluation. It has cooperated with many international renowned companies and gained good reputation in the region.

As early as in 1996, HQC won the first bid for an overseas project located in Bangladesh. Since then, HQC has accumulated extensive international experiences and accomplished hundreds of projects successfully with different business mode. In Oil & Gas Storage & Transportation area, HQC specializes in LNG & LPG terminal and tank farm projects, and has accomplished proven track records with completion of successful projects in Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Maldives & Antarctic region. HQC has participated in construction of tank farm project for ExxonMobil in Singapore, LPG terminal project for GPS in Malaysia, oil & gas storage and transportation tank farm (including offshore SPM facilities) in Colombo, tank farm project in Hambatota, Laugfs LPG terminal project in Sri Lanka, feasibility study and pre-FEED study for Matabari island LNG project in Bangladesh, feasibility study for crude oil tank farm project and Meel-Lin-Gyaing LNG project in Myanmar, airport jet fuel storage tank and hydrant system PC project in Maldives and oil tank farm EPC project in Antarctic. In Refining and Petrochemical Engineering area, HQC established a Joint Venture with Italy-based Maire Tecnimont Group and successfully executed RAPID polypropylene and high-density polyethylene EPCC project; HQC executed the preliminary consulting of the Singapore Trident oil refining project with Shell, Chevron and CNPC as Co-owners；the engineering work of polypropylene, high-density and full-density polyethylene for Brunei Hengyi refining and petrochemical integrated complex project; HQC also successfully executed construction and installation work of Mobil SPT Ethylene project, Lucite Alpha project, and SPC seawater intake upgrading project in Singapore, as well as construction and installation work of RAPID project including Package 3 of oil refining, Package14 of UIO, and Package 5 of Ethylene cracker cold zone mechanical installation in Malaysia. At present, HQSEA is executing the EPCC contracts for HRC Euro IV(M) Gasoline Upgrade Project, ATB Process Unit Project, and PMC contract for Top Glove nitrile rubber latex Project. In Inorganic Chemical Engineering area, HQC has featured technology with independent intellectual property rights and rich engineering experiences. HQC has successively completed the EPCC projects of 4A/4B fertilizer plants in Myanmar, and Ninh Binh Coal-based Ammonia & Urea Plant fertilizer plants in Vietnam, engineering work of coal-to-methanol projects for Air Product Company in Indonesia, and preliminary consulting of fertilizer projects in New Zealand, Cambodia, etc. The Typical On-going Projects of HQSEA include: HRC Euro IV(M) Gasoline Upgrade Project, GPS LPG Tank Farm Project, ATB PU Project, Top Glove NBRL PMC Project, Airport Renovation and Expansion Project & Oil Depot and Apron oil supply pipeline Project.
